Wisconsin and San Diego State College Teams Honored for Academic Excellence

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) named six Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) swimming and diving programs as Scholar All‑America teams for the 2024 spring semester. Each program—UW‑Eau Claire, UW‑La Crosse and UW‑Whitewater, both men’s and women’s squads—maintained a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, meeting the CSCAA’s academic criteria.

The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) recognized the San Diego State University water polo team for the 2025‑26 season with a team academic honor and 17 individual awards. The Aztecs posted a cumulative GPA of 3.47, earning the ninth consecutive team honor. Individual honors spanned the ACWPC’s Outstanding, Superior and Excellent categories, highlighting seniors, juniors, sophomores and freshmen across the roster.
