WiseTech Global shares fall after ACCC executes search warrant

WiseTech Global shares fell more than 12 per cent following news that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) executed a search warrant at the company’s premises. The regulator is investigating alleged breaches of the Competition and Consumer Act, specifically regarding the supply of global logistics services and software.

WiseTech stated it intends to fully cooperate with the investigation. This regulatory action follows previous scrutiny of the company and its cofounder, Richard White. In late 2025, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) investigated concerns regarding share sales by White and others during a blackout period. Additionally, White has faced separate investigations by the Australian Federal Police concerning his personal conduct.

The company’s stock has experienced significant volatility, losing nearly 70 per cent of its value since allegations regarding White’s personal life first emerged in late 2024.
