WiseTech Global shares fall on slower growth outlook

WiseTech Global shares fell 1.33 percent on the ASX to 31.91 AUD, continuing a downward trend that has seen the stock price drop significantly from its 52-week high of 96.16 AUD.

Despite the share price decline, the company reported strong financial results for fiscal year 2026, driven largely by the acquisition of e2open. Revenue for FY2026 rose 79 percent to 1.3959 billion AUD, with underlying EBITDA increasing 56 percent to 644.5 million AUD. The flagship CargoWise platform contributed 756.9 million AUD in revenue, growing by 11 percent.

Looking ahead to fiscal year 2027, WiseTech Global expects a slower growth rate of 6 to 10 percent, with projected revenue between 1.48 and 1.54 billion AUD. Future growth drivers include the introduction of VerifyWise, new agentic artificial intelligence functions, and additional rollouts for major freight forwarding clients.
