Wishy releases second indie-rock album ‘Nature’s Pill’

The Indianapolis-based indie-rock band Wishy has released their second studio album, titled ‘Nature’s Pill’ via Winspear. The five-piece group features vocalists and guitarists Kevin Krauter and Nina Pitchkites, who reconnected in 2021 after originally meeting in high school.

The album is characterized by power-pop hooks, indie-rock textures, and themes of longing, heartbreak, and nostalgia. Tracks such as ‘All The Rage’ and ‘Mona Lisa’ showcase the band’s melodic songwriting and collaborative chemistry. The lineup is completed by guitarist Dimitri Morris, bassist Mitch Collins, and drummer Conner Host.

Wishy has previously toured with artists such as Momma and Beach Bunny, and their new work draws stylistic influences ranging from 1990s chart rock to indie-pop.
