Wishy album and single releases

Overview

Indie rock band Wishy released the single and music video ‘Mona Lisa’ in early September. The track was described by singer Kevin Krauter as a ‘courtroom drama starring love and apathy’ and served as a precursor to the band’s second studio album.

On October 2, the band released the full album, titled ‘Nature’s Pill’, via Winspear. The project, which involved the entire five-piece group in the songwriting process, features themes of longing, heartbreak, and nostalgia through power-pop and indie-rock textures.
