Wizz Air and other airlines recruit cabin crew in Romania and Moldova

Airlines across the region are actively hiring cabin crew. Wizz Air held a recruitment day in Bucharest and continues to accept applications online, while Qatar Airways, Emirates, Ryanair, HiSky and others list openings for crew members willing to relocate to Doha, Dubai or other bases. Salaries can reach several thousand euros per month, especially with Gulf carriers, and benefits include free or discounted travel for staff and families.

In Moldova, Wizz Air’s recruitment process was detailed in a video guide. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a high‑school diploma and meet a height requirement of about 2.10 m. The selection includes an English test (B1‑B2 level), a personal presentation, role‑play scenarios, group exercises and a final interview. Successful hires receive a competitive salary that rises after nine months and further after a year, along with travel perks and the opportunity to advance to senior cabin positions.
