Women entrepreneurs gather in Brazil for leadership and business growth workshops

In Guanambi, Brazil, Sebrae organised the "LideraAí" event on 21 April, focusing on authentic leadership as a brand‑building tool for businesses. The forum was led by leadership specialist Amanda Serafim and featured entrepreneurs such as Eliane Lopes, founder of Miguelitos Babywear, and Nora Ney. Participants discussed how a leader’s positioning, influence, and values can strengthen a company’s image and results.

Two days later, in São Luís, the CDL Mulher programme hosted the "Happy Mulher" session, where SPC Brasil’s Flávia Moraes presented data‑driven solutions for customer prospecting, marketing and credit management. CDL Mulher coordinator Jenilce Paiva highlighted the aim of empowering female business owners with practical tools to improve sales, reduce risk and foster local economic development.
