Women's leadership initiatives launched in Spain and El Salvador

The ADECOSE Foundation has launched VIMA (Voice, Impulse, Mediation, Action), a working group dedicated to promoting female leadership and gender diversity within the insurance sector. Composed of nine founding professionals from various brokerage firms, the group aims to identify barriers facing women, facilitate knowledge transfer between generations, and ensure the continuity of female leadership in mediation activities.

In El Salvador, Voces Vitales El Salvador (VVES) has announced the 2026 edition of its “Crece Mujer” congress. The event is expected to gather over 500 female decision-makers, including entrepreneurs and corporate executives. The 2026 program will focus on economic empowerment through financial wellbeing, the adoption of Artificial Intelligence for time optimization, and strategic networking via a new Digital Solutions Passport and a Solutions Fair.
