World of Warcraft: Midnight receives patch 12.1.5 update

Blizzard Entertainment has released the 12.1.5 content update for World of Warcraft: Midnight. The patch introduces several new gameplay features and narrative developments following the events of the ‘Curse of Ula’tek’.

A central feature is the new single-boss raid, ‘The Unbinding of Kith’ix,’ where players face the released C’Thraxxi general Kith’ix in a chamber beneath the Venomous Abyss. The raid is available in Story, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties.

Other major additions include:

• The Labyrinth of Kindo’jan: The game’s first ‘mega-delve,’ an ancient Amani funerary complex where players progress alongside the companion Valeera Sanguinar to earn mythic equipment. • Aqir Invasions: New zone-wide public events occurring hourly in Eversong Woods and Zul’Aman, culminating in boss battles. • Mythic Keystone Season 2: The return of high-level rewards for players reaching a seasonal rating of 3,600. • Ascendant Venom: A mid-season feature allowing players to increase the item level of upgraded Season 2 Heroic and Mythic gear through new quests.
