Wuchang: Fallen Feathers hits 5 million players, Digital Bros acquires rights

The action‑RPG Wuchang: Fallen Feathers surpassed five million players worldwide by March 2026, having sold over one million copies since its launch on July 24 2025 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and being offered through Xbox Game Pass. The game recorded more than 131 000 concurrent users on Steam and received mixed reviews on the platform.

Developer Leenzee’s core team was disbanded in late 2025 following key staff departures, and no updates have been released since November 2025. In April 2026, Italian publisher and developer Digital Bros acquired full intellectual‑property rights to the title for roughly €4 million, adding the game to its portfolio through its subsidiary 505 Games. The acquisition opens the possibility of future expansions or a sequel, although no new projects have been announced yet.
