WWE Money in the Bank features Tiffany Stratton victory and high-risk injuries
The WWE Money in the Bank event in New Orleans featured several high-risk moments and significant storyline developments. Tiffany Stratton secured her second Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase, a victory that reportedly aimed to provide an unpredictable outcome following strong fan support for Roxanne Perez.
During the ladder match, Stratton suffered a frightening fall after jumping from a ladder, landing heavily on her head and neck. Despite the impact, she continued the match and ultimately won. Stratton later admitted she was “a little banged up” and experiencing neck pain. Other participants, including Jacy Jayne, also experienced scary falls during the match, though Jayne reported feeling “great” during a subsequent public appearance.
Following the event, WWE has shifted focus toward the Crown Jewel 2026 premium live event in Saudi Arabia. Announced matches for Crown Jewel include a clash between Women’s Champion Chelsea Green and Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, as well as a match between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship.
