WWE Royal Rumble 2027 Set for Glendale, Arizona

TKO Group Holdings, the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance and Legends Global announced a three‑year, seven‑event partnership that will bring WWE’s Royal Rumble, NOCHE UFC, the PBR World Finals and Zuffa Boxing to Glendale, Arizona. The WWE Royal Rumble 2027 is scheduled for February 2027 at State Farm Stadium, marking the first time the event will be held at that venue and the third occasion Arizona has hosted the show (previously in 2013 and 2019). Winners will earn championship opportunities at WrestleMania 43. Governor Katie Hobbs praised the deal, saying it will create “lasting economic opportunity” for the state. TKO executive vice president Peter Dropick called Arizona “a proven destination for major live events,” and Arizona Sports & Events Alliance CEO Jay Parry highlighted the expected influx of “hundreds of thousands of visitors.” Separate reports note that WWE is evaluating a future multi‑night format for the Royal Rumble, but the company expects the 2027 edition to remain a single‑night event, possibly the last such format.
