Xavi Hernández negotiates future coaching role

Following his departure from FC Barcelona in 2024, former player and coach Xavi Hernández has been involved in negotiations regarding his next professional role. After a period of reflection with his family, the former Barcelona and Al Sadd manager considered various opportunities, including interest from Premier League clubs like Manchester United and national teams such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco.

Xavi expressed a preference for a role that allows for more family time, noting that managing a national team would better suit his personal needs than a club position. Negotiations regarding a potential move to the Netherlands began in July following the World Cup.
