Xiaomi launches Redmi ergonomic monitor arm for ultrawide displays

Xiaomi has introduced the RedmiMonitorArm, an ergonomic articulated monitor arm designed for productivity and gaming setups. The device is constructed from 3mm thick aluminum alloy and is capable of supporting monitors weighing between 2 kg and 9 kg, including ultrawide and curved displays up to 34 inches.

Unlike many competitors that use gas pistons, the RedmiMonitorArm utilizes a patented dual mechanical spring system. This design is intended to provide smoother movement and greater durability, having undergone over 30,000 test cycles. The arm offers five types of movement: height adjustment, tilt, rotation, lateral rotation, and forward/backward extension. It features a 30 cm vertical range and can extend up to 43.5 cm.

The product is compatible with VESA standards 75x75 mm and 100x100 mm and can be mounted to either a desk or a wall. It also includes a hidden channel for cable management. Xiaomi is offering a five-year warranty on the device.
