Xiaomi announces Redmi Note 17 Series with 10,000 mAh battery

Xiaomi has officially announced the global launch of the Redmi Note 17 Series, scheduled for August 27, 2026. The lineup introduces a new flagship model for the series, the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, which features a massive 10,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery and supports 100W HyperCharge technology.

The Pro Max model is equipped with a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, and up to 12GB of RAM. It also includes a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization and a photochromic rear panel that changes color in sunlight. To ensure durability, the series carries the ‘Redmi Titan Quality’ certification, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance, as well as certified drop resistance from up to 3 meters.

Other models in the series include the standard Redmi Note 17, which features an 8,000 mAh battery and a 7-inch OLED display, and the Redmi Note 17 Pro, which offers a 9,000 mAh battery and a 1.5K AMOLED screen.
