Xpeng expands EV lineup with new G9L luxury SUV and L03 model

Xpeng is expanding its electric vehicle lineup with the introduction of the G9L and the L03. The G9L, which emphasizes luxury, is a 5.12-meter long model designed to offer more space than the current G9. It features a third row of seats, available in six or seven-seat configurations, and includes high-end amenities such as a 21-inch ceiling-mounted TV screen and a built-in refrigerator. In Norway, the G9L is expected to arrive with all-wheel drive, delivering 585 horsepower, a 553 km WLTP range, and ultra-fast charging capabilities that can reach 10-80 percent in under 12 minutes.

Additionally, the Xpeng L03 is being positioned as a high-value option in the market. The entry-level model offers rear-wheel drive and a 445 km WLTP range, while the top-tier Performance Ultra model provides all-wheel drive, 387 horsepower, and advanced features like massage seats, active noise cancellation, and the Navigation Guided Pilot (NGP) system, which is comparable to Tesla’s Full Self-Driving technology.
