Xpeng launches L03 electric crossover to compete with Tesla in Europe

Xpeng is expanding its presence in the European market with the launch of the L03, a compact electric crossover-coupe designed to compete directly with the Tesla Model Y. In Germany, the L03 is priced at €35,600, positioned below the local price of the Model Y, which starts at €38,970.

Designed by former Ferrari exterior design lead Juan-Ma López, the L03 features a streamlined silhouette with a drag coefficient of 0.228 Cd. The vehicle is specifically tailored for European consumers, notably becoming the first Chinese brand to offer integrated Google Maps.

Technical specifications include a range of up to 520 km (WLTP) and fast-charging capabilities that can move the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes. The interior is characterized by a minimalist design, featuring a 15.6-inch central screen and a Head-Up Display (W-HUD).
