XPENG targets European market with new L03 SUV Coupé

XPENG is expanding its presence in the European market with the introduction of the L03, a compact SUV Coupé designed to compete with the Tesla Model Y. Unveiled in Munich, the European version of the model features specific equipment adjustments and is marketed as a Next Gen AI SUV.

A key technical distinction for the European market is the availability of a Range Extender Electric Vehicle (REEV) configuration, which allows for a total range exceeding 1,000 km. The vehicle also features fast-charging capabilities, capable of moving from 10% to 80% charge in 20 minutes at 180 kW. Additionally, XPENG claims the L03 is the first Chinese manufacturer to offer integrated Google Maps.

In Italy, XPENG has launched an Experience Roadshow spanning 12 cities across 10 regions from late August through September. This tour aims to introduce the L03 and the broader XPENG lineup to local customers and enthusiasts through the brand's dealership network.
