Yemen military airstrikes target Houthi sites in Taiz
Military aircraft conducted a series of intensive airstrikes targeting Houthi military positions, missile launch platforms, and weapon depots across various locations in the Taiz governorate. The operations, part of the ‘Dawn of Yemen’ military campaign, focused on western, southern, and eastern fronts of the province.
Specific targets included newly established missile launchers, advanced radars, and military communication systems in the Al-Arma area of Jabal Habashi. Strikes also hit military reinforcements and vehicles along the Al-Mun'im line. In the southern districts, an airstrike destroyed a strategic weapons and ammunition warehouse in the Al-Sannah area of Al-Ma'afir.
Additional strikes hit Houthi gatherings and military equipment in Wadi Hanash, the Al-Janad area near Taiz International Airport, and parts of the Al-Misrakh and Al-Ma'afir districts. The Ministry of Defense has warned residents in Houthi-controlled areas that military mobilization gatherings will be considered legitimate military targets.
