Hezbollah condemns Israeli strikes in Lebanon as Yemen observes Mawlid al-Nabi

In Lebanon, Hezbollah has condemned Israeli military strikes in southern Lebanon, specifically targeting residential buildings in Ansar and Deir al-Zahrani. The group reported that the attacks resulted in 11 deaths, including women and children, and 12 injuries. Hezbollah accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of attempting to escalate the conflict for domestic political gains and held both the Israeli government and the United States responsible for violating Lebanese sovereignty.

In Yemen, various institutions are observing the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (Mawlid al-Nabi). The Ministry of Finance and the Tax and Customs Authority held commemorative events, with Finance Minister Abduljabbar Ahmed emphasizing the religious significance of the occasion. Additionally, in Al-Mahwit, local schools organized student exhibitions and activities to mark the religious holiday.

Minister Abduljabbar also directed officials to expedite the disbursement of salaries for government employees in conjunction with the celebrations.
