Yemen schools protest in support of Houthi statement against Saudi blockade

In several districts of Amanat, the capital of Yemen, teachers, administrators and students staged sit‑ins to endorse a statement issued by the Yemeni armed forces that calls for a "siege by siege" against Saudi actions. Participants raised the national flag and displayed slogans demanding the end of the Saudi‑imposed blockade, praising the authority of Houthi commander Abdulmalik Badr al‑Din al‑Houthi and pledging to pursue all options to lift the siege.

The protestors also voiced solidarity with Gaza, lauded Iran’s historic stance against the Saudi blockade, and announced the opening of training centres for volunteers. They called for the mobilisation of missile, air and naval forces to confront any escalation with Saudi-backed forces and their allies.
