Yemeni Prime Minister discusses Houthi military escalation in Aden

In Aden, Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Shayea Mohsen al-Zindani met with Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohammed al-Shaddadi to discuss the military escalation led by Houthi forces. The officials focused on coordinating between the executive and legislative branches to strengthen state institutions and unify the national position.

The discussions addressed Houthi violations against civilians and displaced persons, emphasizing the need to inform the international community of these actions. The Prime Minister stated that Houthi escalations represent a comprehensive threat to both national and regional security, particularly citing Iranian support for the militia.

Furthermore, the Prime Minister highlighted that Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabian territory using missiles and drones against civilian and vital infrastructure are linked to military escalations on the West Coast. The meeting concluded with a commitment to national unity and supporting the armed forces to protect state sovereignty.
