Yemen's Higher Education Minister Engages University Staff and Police College on Rights and Academic Development
The staff union of the University of Aden expressed gratitude to Yemen's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Amin Noman Al‑Qudsi, and to the university president, Dr. Al‑Khader Nasser Al‑Sour, for supporting the legal rights of administrative staff. The union highlighted the 2014 Prime Ministerial decision and article 106 of the university law that establish a special system for administrative personnel, emphasizing the ministry's role in ensuring institutional stability and fair employment conditions.
In a separate meeting in Aden, the dean of Hadramout Police College, Brigadier General Dr. Saleh Abdul Nasser Al‑Tamimi, discussed with the same minister plans to develop the college's academic programs, improve quality standards, and expand cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education. The minister praised the college's recent progress and reaffirmed the government's commitment to supporting public educational institutions and building national security capacities.
