Yoshinoya to launch seasonal Hokkaido saury set meals

Yoshinoya has announced the limited-time launch of its ‘Beef and Saury Set Meal’ (Gyu Sanma Teishoku), starting October 8 at 11:00 AM across its nationwide locations in Japan, excluding some stores.

The menu features Hokkaido-sourced saury, grilled to be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The signature set includes the grilled fish served alongside Yoshinoya’s beef side dish (gyu kobachi), rice, and miso soup. Customers can enjoy free refills and increased portions of rice with the set meal.

This release marks the third installment in Yoshinoya’s ‘Fish Set Meal’ series, following previous seasonal offerings of Atka mackerel and splendid alfonsino. Other options include a simpler saury set meal without the beef side dish, single orders of saury, and the ability to substitute salmon with saury in breakfast menus for an additional 77 yen. The items are available while supplies last and are not available for takeout.
