Youth programs focus on digital skills and human rights in Croatia and Bosnia

Various youth-oriented educational and cultural programs have recently taken place in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Đurđevac, Croatia, the City Library hosted the ‘DIGITALNO by Gen Z’ lecture. Led by Mario Pintar from Linkmedia and members of the Đurđevac Youth Council, the session focused on digital marketing, social media, and content creation. The program aimed to teach young people how to use digital platforms for personal branding, professional development, and career opportunities.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the ‘Ritam Budućnosti’ festival was organized by Humanity in Action BiH with support from the National Endowment for Democracy. The event brought together 30 young participants for discussions on human rights, inclusion, and political participation. Through music, film screenings, and dialogues at the Tuzla Youth Center, the festival used art as a tool to encourage critical thinking and social engagement among the youth.
