Youth support initiatives launched in Poland

Various community initiatives in Poland are providing psychological and developmental support for youth. In Kobyłka, the ‘Świadoma Kobyłka’ project will launch a series of free artistic and educational workshops starting September 13. Aimed at adolescents aged 10–16, the program utilizes dance, theater, and voice work to help participants build self-confidence, body awareness, and communication skills. The initiative is funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

Additionally, psychological support services are being offered to teenagers through group psychotherapy. These sessions, organized by the MOPS Psychological Assistance Team, target age groups of 13–16 and 16–20. The groups focus on helping young people navigate identity, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships within a safe and accepting environment.
