The UK High Court has upheld the extradition of dual British‑Polish YouTube personality Stuart Kluz‑Burton, known online as Stuu, to Poland. He faces four charges: two counts of sexual activity with girls under 15 and two counts of inducing minors to drink alcohol, each carrying a maximum penalty of 12 years imprisonment.

Kluz‑Burton, who rose to fame through Minecraft‑related videos and later worked on Polish dubbing projects, was arrested in the UK in October 2023. His extradition was first approved in February 2025, and after an appeal, the High Court confirmed the decision, rejecting claims that the Polish judge who issued the arrest warrant was under political pressure during the "Pandora Gate" scandal.
