YouTuber Stuu extradited from UK to Poland for sexual offense charges

Stuart K. -B., a prominent Polish-British YouTuber known as ‘Stuu’, has been extradited from the United Kingdom to Poland. Following his arrival at Warsaw Chopin Airport via a commercial flight, he was immediately taken into custody by Polish authorities and placed in detention.

The extradition follows a lengthy legal battle in which British courts rejected appeals from his defense, which had argued that the arrest warrant might be politically motivated. The charges against him are linked to the ‘Pandora Gate’ scandal, which emerged in 2023 after influencer Sylwester Wardęga exposed various internet personalities' inappropriate contacts with minors.

Specifically, the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office has charged K. -B. with sexual offenses against girls under the age of 15, allegedly occurring in the summer of 2015 and August 2018. He is also accused of encouraging minors to consume alcohol. If convicted, the YouTuber faces up to 12 years in prison. Polish authorities plan to conduct further procedural activities with him in the coming days.
