YouTuber Stuu extradited to Poland over Pandora Gate charges

Stuart K.-B., a prominent YouTuber known as ‘Stuu’, has been extradited from the United Kingdom to Poland to face charges related to the ‘Pandora Gate’ scandal. Following his arrival, he was placed in a Warsaw detention center.

The Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office confirmed that legal proceedings and interrogations are scheduled to begin this Wednesday. K.-B. faces allegations of committing sexual offenses against minors under the age of 15, specifically occurring in the summer of 2015 and in August 2018. Additionally, he is accused of encouraging minors to consume alcohol, including a victim involved in the 2018 incident.

The Pandora Gate scandal emerged in 2023 after influencer Sylwester Wardęga released content alleging that several high-profile Polish internet creators had engaged in predatory behavior toward minors. K.-B. faces a potential prison sentence of up to 12 years.
