YSRCP demands CBI probe into Andhra Pradesh DSC recruitment scam

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has launched statewide protests across Andhra Pradesh, demanding a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into alleged irregularities in the DSC-2025 recruitment process.

Party leaders, including MLC Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy, have called for the resignation of Education Minister Nara Lokesh to ensure a transparent investigation. The allegations include the circulation of question papers among coaching centers, irregularities in sports quota recruitment, and distortions in TET eligibility and reservation processes.

Protests and rallies have been held in various constituencies, including Anakapalli and Pulivendula. YSRCP officials reported that police implemented restrictions, including barricades and detentions, to manage the demonstrations. The party maintains that the protests are peaceful and aimed at seeking justice for deserving candidates and unemployed youth.
