Yuasa Battery PalaSavelli Porto San Giorgio Serie A2 volleyball venue

The Italian volleyball club Yuasa Battery announced its venue plan for the 2026/27 Serie A2 season. The PalaSavelli arena in Porto San Giorgio will serve as the primary site for internal league matches, while the PalaGrotta in Grottazzolina will continue to host selected regular‑season games and, if qualified, Coppa Italia fixtures. The decision follows extensive internal discussions and coordination with municipal authorities, aiming to maintain the club’s historic ties to Grottazzolina while leveraging the recently renovated PalaSavelli, which has hosted national events such as the Under‑18 European Championships. Officials, including the mayors of Grottazzolina and Porto San Giorgio, highlighted the shared commitment to the sport’s growth in the region.
