Yuzu-an to launch winter seasonal menu across Japan

Monogatari Corporation has announced that its sushi and shabu-shabu restaurant chain, Yuzu-an, will launch a limited-time winter menu. The seasonal offerings are scheduled to be available nationwide from November 10, 2026, through mid-February 2027.

Key menu items include winter yellowtail (kanburi) sourced from the Uwajima sea in Ehime Prefecture, served as nigiri sushi or with sesame soy sauce. The menu also features a Hakata mizutaki chicken broth made with chicken oil and Seto Inland Sea salt, as well as various desserts such as mini white chocolate pies and caramel daifuku.

A pre-sale period will begin on October 20, 2026, at ten select locations across Tochigi, Saitama, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, and Osaka.
