Yuzuan to launch seasonal seafood shabu-shabu and crab menu

Monogatari Corporation’s sushi and shabu-shabu brand, Yuzuan, has announced a series of limited-time seasonal offerings starting November 10, 2026. The menu will feature head-on shrimp shabu-shabu and snow crab shabu-shabu, accompanied by a new rich shrimp-based broth available through mid-February 2027.

Additionally, the restaurant will offer a limited run of “reward sushi” featuring snow crab nigiri made with the rare “tsume-shita bo-niku” cut. This specific offering is limited to 430,000 servings and will be available for customers ordering the Winter Yuzuan or Luxury courses through late November 2026.
