Żywiec Emergency Medical Service completes 5 million PLN modernization

The Emergency Medical Service building in Żywiec has undergone a comprehensive thermal modernization project costing nearly 5 million PLN. The investment included external wall and roof insulation, the replacement of windows, doors, and garage gates, and the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting.

To improve energy efficiency and operational stability, the facility was equipped with photovoltaic systems for electricity and solar installations for hot water. More than half of the project, exceeding 2.65 million PLN, was funded by the European Union. The upgrades aim to resolve previous issues with heat loss and ensure stable indoor conditions for 24-hour medical operations.
