Zagreb driver fined after drug-fueled police pursuit and crash

A 19-year-old driver in Zagreb has been fined 3,840 euros following a police pursuit and a subsequent crash. The incident occurred on Žitnjak Street when officers attempted to stop the individual for not wearing a seatbelt.

During the encounter, the driver attempted to flee in his vehicle, eventually losing control and striking a tree. A drug test confirmed the presence of THC in his system. Following a court appearance in Zagreb, the driver was found guilty of the offenses.
