ZDF to stream 24 James Bond films starting in December

The German broadcaster ZDF has announced that 24 films from the James Bond franchise will be available on its streaming portal starting December 1 at 10:00 AM. The collection will remain available for 60 days and includes films featuring all six official Bond actors: Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig.

The selection spans from the 1962 film “Dr. No” to the era of Daniel Craig, though the most recent installment, “No Time to Die,” is excluded due to licensing restrictions. Additionally, the 1983 film “Never Say Never Again” is not included as it is not part of the official Eon Productions series.

In addition to streaming, several films will be broadcast on linear television. Scheduled airings include “Mission: Impossible” on 3sat on December 18, “GoldenEye” on ZDF on December 24, and “The Spy Who Loved Me” on 3sat on December 25. Other broadcasts are planned for the channels 3sat and Neo.
