James Bond film streaming availability
Overview
The James Bond film franchise has seen expanded availability on various streaming platforms. Prime Video hosted the complete collection of 25 official EON Productions films, ranging from ‘Dr. No’ to ‘No Time to Die’. Concurrently, Amazon MGM Studios reported development on a new installment directed by Denis Villeneuve, with Steven Knight writing the screenplay.
In Germany, the broadcaster ZDF announced that 24 films from the franchise would be available on its streaming portal starting December 1 for a 60 day period. This selection includes films featuring all six official Bond actors but excludes ‘No Time to Die’ due to licensing restrictions and the non-EON film ‘Never Say Never Again’. The broadcaster also scheduled linear television airings for several titles on channels including 3sat, ZDF, and Neo.
