Equinor, Zealand Pharma, Schneider Electric and Safran disclose June 2026 share buybacks

Equinor ASA reported repurchasing 369,300 shares between 15‑19 June 2026 at an average price of NOK 319.6242, amounting to a total transaction value of NOK 118 million and representing roughly 2.63 % of the company’s share capital.

Zealand Pharma A/S disclosed the purchase of 1,224,000 shares in the same week at an average price of DKK 305, totaling DKK 374 million, bringing its treasury holdings to 2,094,482 shares, about 2.93 % of its issued capital.

Schneider Electric repurchased 35,100 shares (≈0.01 % of its capital) for a total of €9.84 million during 15‑19 June 2026.

Safran announced the acquisition of 54,078 shares over the same period, with a total purchase amount of €332 thousand.
