Zebra TC201 Mobile Device and COSYS Software Boost Logistics Traceability

Zebra’s TC201 rugged mobile data‑capture device, featuring an upgraded Android platform, enhanced scanner technology and optional RFID, is paired with COSYS traceability software to provide end‑to‑end visibility of material and product flows. The solution records time, location, operator and process step at each scan, creating a complete history for items in production, warehousing, distribution and health‑care settings.

When combined with COSYS, the TC201 also supports digital Proof of Delivery, capturing signatures, photos, GPS data and condition notes. This replaces paper‑based records, giving companies real‑time delivery confirmation, faster complaint resolution and improved communication among drivers, dispatchers and customers.
