Zeekr 001 and Volvo EX60 debut as premium electric SUVs in Italy

Chinese‑made Zeekr 001 arrives in Italy as a large premium shooting‑brake electric car. Three trims are offered: the Long Range rear‑wheel version starts at €61,100 and provides a WLTP range of 620 km; the Performance all‑wheel‑drive version is priced at €67,100 with 544 hp and a 594 km range; the top‑end Privilege model costs €72,100, adds 22‑inch forged wheels, active air suspension and a Yamaha 12‑speaker audio system, and delivers a 585 km range. The model is engineered in Sweden for the European market and includes advanced driver‑assist features, a digital instrument cluster and a large infotainment display.

Swedish Volvo is showcasing its new EX60 electric SUV at a two‑day Road Tour in Bari on 9‑10 June. The EX60 is positioned as a premium family SUV with three battery options: the P12 all‑wheel‑drive version reaches up to 810 km on a single charge, the P10 AWD offers about 660 km, and the rear‑wheel‑drive P6 provides roughly 620 km. Volvo emphasizes the model’s safety and digital technologies, describing it as the most intelligent Volvo yet. The event aims to strengthen the brand’s connection with the Italian market and highlight its sustainability credentials.
