Zeekr 7GT electric sedan launches in Europe with five‑star Euro NCAP safety rating

Chinese premium EV maker Zeekr unveiled the 7GT, a fully electric four‑door sedan aimed at the European market. The model, priced from €45,990 for the base version to €57,490 for the fully‑optioned sport trim in France, combines a 646‑horsepower dual‑motor powertrain with a 655‑km WLTP‑type range and a 0‑100 km/h sprint in 3.3 seconds. It features an aerodynamic Gran Turismo‑style body, hidden cameras and sensors, a large head‑up AR display, and an immersive audio system.

The 7GT earned a five‑star safety rating from Euro NCAP in 2026, scoring high on adult occupant protection, child safety, and collision‑avoidance technologies. Notable safety equipment includes autonomous emergency braking, a speed‑limit reader, and a driver‑monitoring system; the vehicle also offers manual front‑passenger airbag deactivation and a door‑close assist that detects approaching cyclists.

Zeekr positions the 7GT as a premium electric alternative for European buyers, offering fast charging that restores a full battery in under five hours from 10 % to 100 % using standard public or home chargers, and a five‑year (extendable to ten‑year) warranty.
