Zeekr 7X reaches 200,000 units in production milestone

Zeekr has announced that its Zeekr 7X premium electric SUV has reached a production milestone of 200,000 units. The 200,000th vehicle rolled off the production line at the Ningbo Meishan Intelligent Factory.

The model has seen rapid global expansion, reaching over 50 countries and regions within 15 months of launch. It has achieved top sales positions in the electric SUV segment in markets including Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, Mexico, and Egypt.

Government filings from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) also reveal technical updates for the 2027 Zeekr 7X. The upcoming model is expected to feature a new 85kWh ‘Golden Brick’ battery pack using lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, while maintaining its 370kW electric motor. This updated version is slated for release in China during the fourth quarter of 2026.
