Zeekr unveils 9X flagship luxury SUV
Zeekr, a premium brand under the Geely group, has unveiled its new flagship SUV, the 9X, marking the brand's official entry into the luxury segment. The vehicle features a Super Hybrid powertrain combining two electric motors with a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine acting as a generator. This system produces a combined 660 kW (approximately 897 HP), allowing the nearly three-ton SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds.
Designed with a focus on high-end passenger comfort, the 9X offers a six-seat configuration. The second row is styled as a VIP area with individual electric Cloud Lounge seats, an integrated refrigerator capable of temperatures between -6°C and 50°C, and a 17-inch OLED screen that descends from the ceiling to create a private cinema experience. The interior is equipped with a Naim audio system featuring 32 speakers and is powered by a Snapdragon 8295 chip to manage its extensive array of digital displays.
In Europe, orders for the 9X have opened with a starting price of 122,610 euros for the Ultra trim. The vehicle is built on a 900-volt architecture and measures over 5.2 meters in length.
