Zeko and Potočić kindergartens celebrate Bread Day and harvest thanksgiving

Kindergartens Zeko and the Potočić regional department held celebrations for Bread Day and the Thanksgiving for the Fruits of the Earth on October 15 and 16. The events focused on teaching children about the importance of healthy nutrition, the origins of grains, and gratitude for the earth's produce.

At Zeko Kindergarten, Director Jelena Ciglar addressed the children before guests Tomislav Dokoza and Tomislav Varela participated in the festivities. The program included an educational quiz about bread, songs, and recitations. At the Potočić branch, children performed a musical and recitation program. Both locations featured traditional blessings of bread and pastries prepared by the children, accompanied by gifts presented to the visiting clergy.
