YENİ Parti expands presence and addresses economic issues in Turkey

YENİ Parti is expanding its organizational structure across several Turkish provinces. In Malatya, Barış Yıldız has been appointed as the provincial chairman to lead the party's formation. In Düzce, Özcan Dağıstanlı has announced the establishment of the founding provincial management board, while the Devrek district has completed its initial task distribution under Chairman Uğur Dikenli. Additionally, Gonca Köksal Aras has joined the party as the Menteşe Mayor.

During a regional tour in the Black Sea region, YENİ Parti leader Özgür Özel met with citizens in Rize and Trabzon to address economic grievances. In Rize, Özel focused on the struggles of tea producers and fishermen, promising that a YENİ Parti government would waive interest on agricultural and fishing loans and allow principal payments to be paid in installments. He also voiced opposition to cage fishing projects in the Black Sea, citing potential damage to the marine ecosystem and local livelihoods.

In Trabzon, Özel participated in a social responsibility project to collect hazelnuts that were left unharvested due to low market prices. The proceeds from these sales are intended to provide scholarships for students. Özel emphasized that the party aims to represent all sectors of society, including women, youth, and workers, through a democratic structure where all members participate in electing leadership.
