Zoho Analytics introduces Agentic AI capabilities

Zoho has announced a major update to its business intelligence platform, Zoho Analytics, transitioning it into an “Agentic Analytics” platform. The update introduces a shared intelligence layer designed to provide AI agents with the organizational context, terminology, and governance required to interpret business data and support workflows.

The platform utilizes semantic and ontology layers to act as a business glossary for AI. These layers define key metrics, organizational structures, and relationships, allowing AI agents to understand specific corporate contexts without relying on disconnected external data warehouses. This architecture aims to move beyond traditional reporting and dashboards toward actionable, context-aware insights.

The enhanced capabilities, including the conversational super-agent Ask Zia, are available across data centers in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
