Zomato delivery boy assaulted by couple in Secunderabad

A Zomato delivery executive named Ashish was allegedly assaulted by a couple in the Vasavinagar area of Secunderabad, Telangana, following a delay in food delivery.

The incident, which was captured on CCTV, reportedly began after a verbal dispute regarding the late arrival of the order. Ashish stated that the delay was caused by an incorrect location shared on the app, which made it difficult to find the correct address.

Following the assault, Ashish filed a complaint at the Karkhana police station. Local authorities have registered a case and are currently reviewing the CCTV footage and taking statements from involved parties to proceed with the investigation.
