Zona Franca and INCYDE Foundation launch innovation program for SMEs
Zona Franca and the INCYDE Foundation have launched a new program in the Vigo area designed to drive innovation and technological transformation for SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs. The initiative, supported by a collaboration framework signed by Zona Franca delegate David Regades and INCYDE director Javier Collado, aims to improve business competitiveness through new technologies.
The program is part of a prior agreement between INCYDE and the Center for the Development of Technological and Innovation (CDTI) and may receive co-financing from the European Social Fund Plus via the EFESO program. Key objectives include facilitating access to CDTI-managed R&D+i funding, supporting the growth of technology-based companies, and fostering collaborative networks.
Activities will include awareness sessions on entrepreneurship, practical workshops to identify business opportunities, and express acceleration programs for startups. INCYDE will manage the execution of these actions, providing the necessary technical and teaching staff.
