Zona Franca de Vigo tenders 1.7 million euro business center project

The Zona Franca de Vigo has launched a tender for the transformation of the historic Casona de la Praza Ponte de Lima in Redondela into a new business center and business incubator. The project has an estimated budget of approximately 1.7 million euros.

The rehabilitation aims to restore the building, which is currently in a state of ruin, while providing modern infrastructure for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and micro-SMEs. The facility will include coworking spaces, individual offices, and multipurpose rooms. The project also focuses on sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient climate control, advanced telecommunications, and sustainable lighting. Bids are being accepted until October 26, with construction expected to begin in the first half of 2027.
