Zulia state rehabilitates electrical plants at three strategic hospitals

The Zulia State Government has launched a project to repair and adapt electrical generator plants at three strategic hospitals in the Zulia state of Venezuela. This initiative, part of the ‘Plan Cayapa de la Salud’, is being executed through coordination between regional authorities, the Ministry of Health, and the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security.

The works specifically target the Hospital General Regional Doctor Manuel Noriega Trigo, the Materno Infantil Cuatricentenario, and the Materno Infantil Doctor Raúl Leoni. By establishing a strategic alliance with the private sector for specialized maintenance, the project aims to stabilize energy backup systems in the San Francisco and Maracaibo municipalities. This is intended to ensure uninterrupted operation for critical areas, including operating rooms, delivery rooms, and intensive care units.
